Money taken from my account

It seems I signed up while on the ticketmaster website. If I had known that I was signing up to something that was charging a monthly fee, I would not have done so. The proof is that I NEVER used their service, nor was I aware of it until I noticed that money was being taken from my account each month over a number of months. At best this sign the method used was sharp practice, at worst it is a scam

£15 unauthorised payment from my Bank Account

Noticed today a transaction withdrawl from my Bank Account to do with something Id signed up for Fraud Spoke to someone at Complete Savings and got the Refund and Cancelled All and Any Further Attempts to take money from my Bank Account!!! This Organisation Should be taken to the Cleaners for their business practices as its obviously transaction details ie payment details for other products purchased from other details. I Think its called Misappropriation or something similar!!! I Was Advised my Refund would take 5 Working days to process and I should get a confirmation email!!! DONT BE SUCKED IN and GET YOUR REFUND!!! These People and This Company Are SCAMMERS and Thats Putting it Politely!!!

User's recommendation: AVOID!!!! Initially!!! If You have or had Transaction withdrawals you don’t recognise!!!! Get onto Them and Demand the Refund and Cancel Completely!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

This company secretly and automatically changes monthly fee for 5 year, and I did not enjoy any benefits/discounts from it. And it just refunded 3 months of the money, but ingored other fee before. It is a trap to use their so called prime. The first time I applied this company was on 2017, and it changed me from 2017 to 2021, even during the time that my bank card was not renewed. Then, it fraunded me again on 2021 to their prime. If they were not so greedy, I would not even found that it changed me every month. They only refunded me with 3 months' fee. However, it have not refund me with the prime from 2021, and acted as there was not change from 2017. The bank account is the same.
